Come join our Brooking's sangha for group meditation Monday mornings. This is a student led class. We discuss topics related to leading a mindful life and how to take our meditation practice into our daily lives. If you are new to meditation or are familiar with the power of meditating with a supportive group come join us. We have chairs and lots of props to help you get comfortable. We currently meditate for 24 minutes.
